-Generatesdetailed layouts and detail drawings of the concept design provided by thedesigners using AutoCAD/ZCAD software. 

-Preparedrawing packages in total (i.e Design Development Package, Tender Package, andConstruction Package).

-Supportscompiling materials and specification sheets as a part of any drawing package.

-Supportscreation and/or update of CAD department and division standard drawings.

-Workclosely with project teams on drawing amendments.

-Associates degree in CAD drafting ,Architecture, or Landscape Architecture preferred. 

-Good knowledge of basic drafting principles andtechniques including working with tight deadlines.
-Good knowledge of Landscape detailing is an advantage.
-A minimum of 5 years experience in CAD drafting in the Landscape field isrequired for this position. 
-AutoCAD is essential. 
-Photoshop, 3DMax, Google Sketch Up, and Revit (BIM) areadded values.

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPointand Excel essential. 
-Basic PC skills are necessary for the use of internal programs and software.

-Able to work independently with positive attitude in personaldevelopment.

-Passion to work in the design construction industry is a must.
