Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

1–3 years of experience in related field.

Required Language: English / Bahasa Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience in sales administration or related roles is preferred.

Good organizational and administrative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Prepare quotations, sales documents, reports, and related paperwork.

Process and maintain sales orders and customer records.

Coordinate with customers and internal departments on sales matters.

Monitor sales documentation and follow up on pending orders.

Maintain accurate and updated sales records.

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
