Job Responsibilities:

1.       Liaise with client and reply for inquiry

2.       Prepare quotation to the client

3.       Prepare invoice billing to the client

4.       Business Analysis, including but not limited to prepare monthly sales & cost & profit summary and update operational efficiency of business unit

5.       Prepare documents including progress report and service report

6.       Assist to summarize company’s clients and relevant parties

7.       To record all incoming invoices & cost  into the system

8.       To prepare job cost report and identify opportunities for cost savings

9.       Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to meet project deadlines

10.   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements / Qualifications:

1.       Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field.

2.       Singapore Citizen

3.       Good organisation and communication skills.

4.       Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
