• kotsu kotsu (Japanese Dessert)

• Kyomo (Yakiniku)

• Ayame (Ramen)

• Greeting and escorting customers to their tables in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

• Clear and reset tables promptly.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests politely.

• Follow company service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management
