  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in e-commerce or social media marketing is an advantage.

  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

  • Proficient in creative tools including Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools for content creation.

  • Manage, optimize, and update company product listings and promotional campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and social media channels.

  • Design engaging visual marketing materials, banners, and digital content using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.

  • Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and formulate strategies to boost online visibility and sales.

  • Monitor customer reviews and marketplace performance

  • Assist with marketplace dispute cases/claim
