Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions across the organization and its overseas branches. This role ensures effective workforce management, payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation while leading a team of HR and administrative professionals to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and employee relations

  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, probation reviews, disciplinary letters, and other HR-related documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  • Oversee medical claims administration and ensure timely reimbursement processing

  • Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and overtime (OT) claim verification and processing

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR polices

Payroll & Compensation

  • Review and perform monthly payroll calculations with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Calculate sales commissions, incentives, allowances, and other employee compensation components

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements

Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Review, update, and implement Employee Handbook, HR policies, and Code of Conduct

  • Draft and manage compliance-related letters and employee communications

  • Ensure company practices are aligned with employment regulations and corporate governance standards

  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters

Administration Management

  • Supervise and oversee daily administrative operations

  • Ensure efficient management of office facilities, company assets, vendor relationships, and administrative support services

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR and administrative efficiency

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR & Administration team

  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support professional development

  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and high-performance culture within the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Exposure to regional or multi-country HR operations is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Hands-on experience in payroll and commission calculations

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
