Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outdoor/field sales
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Pleasant personality with strong customer relationship-building skills
Basic computer skills (email, reporting, etc.)
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor/field visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company
Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and follow up on customer orders
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
