As the business continues to grow and invest in next-generation technologies, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team with an experienced professional to support the Group's next phase of growth.

Your New Role

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role within the Group Finance function, with primary responsibility for group consolidation, financial reporting and governance across the Group's international operations. You will oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, management reporting and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with relevant accounting standards and Group policies.

You will work closely with the finance teams across the Group's subsidiaries and business units, providing guidance on complex accounting matters, reporting requirements, financial controls and consolidation issues. You will also support the year-end audit process and partner with internal and external stakeholders on statutory and regulatory reporting matters.

Beyond the core reporting responsibilities, this is a broad and commercially oriented Group Finance role with exposure to strategic initiatives across the organisation. You will partner senior management on finance transformation, process improvement, systems enhancement and the standardisation of finance processes and reporting frameworks across the Group.

You will also be involved in strategic projects, business performance analysis and corporate initiatives, providing financial insights to support management decision-making. As the Group continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformation programmes and other cross-functional projects aimed at strengthening the overall finance organisation.
