What You'll Do:
- Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, events, and personal referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our team and build warm candidate relationships.
- Share career opportunities, qualify interested prospects, and schedule interviews.
- Nurture relationships with interested prospects and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Sharing useful feedback from calls to help the team improve.
You're a great fit if you:
- Hold a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Have at least 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience
- Are confident on the phone and handle rejection with a smile
- Can communicate clearly and make people feel heard
- Work well independently and in a team
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 25.0 per week
