Responsibilities
Working hour
Mon to Thur: 7 am to 4 pm
Fri: 7 am to 5pm
Key Roles
Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, labs, sports facilities, and common areas
Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works
Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory
Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services
Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback
Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises
Security control at school foyer during school days and events
Any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders
Requirements
At least 3 years' working experience
Able to multi-task and good team player
