Job Descriptions:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Group Shared Office supporting multiple subsidiary companies.
• Act as coordination point between the Group Shared Office and subsidiary companies.
• Oversee shared office facilities, workspace allocation, and common area management.
• Manage centralized vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Handle ad hoc administrative, operational, and coordination tasks as assigned by management or subsidiary stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in general administration, office operations, facilities coordination, or corporate support functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, or invoice processing will be an advantage.
