Job Summary
You will deliver excellent customer service, promote and sell products, maintain store presentation, operate cash registers accurately, and resolve customer concerns efficiently while collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Promote and sell company products and services to meet sales goals
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves to enhance the shopping experience
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
Address customer concerns or complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales and service targets
Required competencies and certifications
Basic computer skills to operate sales and inventory systems
Communicate clearly and interact positively with customers and team members
Read and speak basic English to understand customer needs and company procedures
Minimum qualification of O level or equivalent

Working Hours
10 am to 9 pm (11 hours including 1-hour lunch)
6 days per week
Overtime paid after 44 hours per week
