Job Overview

Are you an experienced academic leader in hospitality looking to shape the next generation of hotel management professionals? ICMS is inviting qualified academic professionals to join us as a FULL TIME PROGRAMME LEADER – DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT.

In this role, you will lead strategic academic coordination and overall programme delivery. You will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and managing academic programmes, overseeing curriculum development, and guiding students to achieve their full academic and professional potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Leadership: Oversee programme planning, review learning materials, and drive continuous quality improvements to ensure full compliance with MOHE and MQA requirements.
• Academic Coordination: Direct course outlines, teaching plans, timetables, lecturer assignments, and assessment moderation.
• Student Guidance: Address day-to-day queries, resolve student concerns, provide academic counselling, and deliver study plan advice and pastoral care.
• Student Recruitment: Actively participate in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days, and school talks to support new student enrolments.
• Academic Support: Conduct programme briefings, lead lecturer performance meetings, and serve on institution committees supporting college goals.

Job Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in academic programme leadership or coordination.
• Leadership & Management: Proven leadership skills, strong presentation abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Digital & Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern educational management tools.
• Communication & Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently independently or in a team.
