Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of F&B experience.

  • Responsible and willing to learn.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

  • Lead, supervise, and support the service team.

  • Ensure good customer service and satisfaction.

  • Handle customer feedback and daily issues.

  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

  • Assist with staff duties and daily task arrangements.
