Responsibilities
The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused team member to manage incoming enquiries, quotations and order coordination while providing day-to-day support to customers and internal teams.
What You Will Do
Handle incoming customer enquiries through email and phone.
Prepare quotations and advise customers on delivery lead times.
Develop product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information.
Coordinate with internal teams on order confirmations, delivery and logistics arrangements.
Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Apply appropriate pricing and mark-up guidelines based on customer categories.
Follow up on customer requirements and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Check customer purchase orders against quotations before handing them over to the Order Processing team.
Provide operational support to relevant business divisions.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
What We Are Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good attention to detail, particularly when handling quotations and customer orders.
Organised and able to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Comfortable coordinating with different internal teams and stakeholders.
Basic commercial awareness and ability to work with pricing information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
