Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

Proven experience in managing and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, MFRS) and regulatory compliance within the wealth management or financial services sector.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.

Expertise in accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and international clients.

Experience with financial software and ERP systems, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial operations.

Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary for management review.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing schedules, and assisting with variance analysis.

Perform regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the finance operations function.
