What You’ll Do

• Handle and key in customer orders accurately into the system.
• Update and maintain customer information and records in the CRM system.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and online sales support when needed.
• Ensure customer and order details are accurate and up to date.
• Assist the Team Leader with reports, data tracking, and daily administrative tasks.
• Support the team with customer data, sales records, and other operational tasks.
• Use AI tools to improve work efficiency and daily tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable working with systems, customer data, and repetitive tasks.
• Interest in online sales, digital marketing, social media, or AI tools is a plus.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
