Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Generate sales leads, arrange client meetings, and conduct business presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and other business-related documents.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
