Good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Answer phone calls, direct enquiries, and manage email correspondence.

Coordinate calendars  and book meeting rooms.

Maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and reports.

Monitor office inventory and order stationery, equipment, and pantry items.

Support the company’s daily operations and coordinate with different departments.

Carry out other administrative tasks assigned by management.
