Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Conducting regular audits and physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy of stock levels.

Investigating and reconciling any discrepancies between physical and system records.

Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of inventory control procedures.

Generating inventory reports and analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Providing support and guidance on inventory management best practices.

Prepare audit reports, highlight findings with practical recommendations to the management

Perform follow up on implementation of management's corrective actions for audit findings

Perform ad-hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.
