• Incharge of handling by reworking problematic parcels and reprint problematic parcel waybills during operation timing.
• Answer all the CRM on time.
• Register awbless in JMS portal and match inactive data with the awbless.
• Answer queries regarding awbless to the previous or next station.
• Survey item view monthly awbless listing.
• Clearance of damage parcels.
• Need to handle KEX parcels.
• Involve in 6s activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum education level SPM.
• Excellent problem solving skills and communications skills.
• Innovative, self-motivated, and proactive in work.
• Able to work in pressured and fast pace environment.
• Own transportation and willing to travel.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• willing to work the night shift
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc)
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
