Job Description

• Weigh, seal, and label semi-finished products (e.g., vacuum-sealed pasta, sauces, antipasti).
• Operate packing equipment (sealing machines, label printers) under supervision.
• Report damaged packaging or product defects to the Executive Chef.
• Assist with simple prep tasks to support the kitchen team. Wash all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment in the washing room using the dishwashing machine, ensuring items are properly loaded, sanitized, and stored after washing.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to prevent cross-contamination.
• Empty and clean waste bins, ensuring proper segregation.
• Disassemble and sanitize packing machinery (as trained).
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic food hygiene training (provided on-the-job).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent command in English.

Working days & hours

• Shift work required
• Monday to Saturday
• 7:30am - 4:30pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $16,000.00 per month
