BIM Modeller

• Minimum 1-2 year experience is preferred

• Experience in 3D Modeling software, i.e. Revit, Naviswork and etc.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

BIM Coordinators

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, coordination, and project execution.

• Proficiency in relevant BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

BIM Modeller

• Perform the modelling of 3D elements according to the requirement set out by the BIM manager and BIM Coordinator

• Understanding of the 2D drawings, report any discrepancies, highlight issues or clashes to the BIM Coordinator

• To assist the BIM Coordinator in the daily execution of BIM Process, Saving views in NWD, Report preparation and etc.

• To participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and assist the BIM Coordinator in any related activities.

• Understanding of the BIM Scope of works and issues raise during coordination meetings

BIM Coordinators

• Manage and Lead the Project Execution 

• Perform Day to Day task of Project Management

• Manages the clash detection process and preparation of clash detection report

• Coordinates and lead the coordination meeting with all stakeholders to resolve clashes found

• Perform live walkthrough review during the coordination meetings

• Document resolution and keep all the stakeholders updated on the progress of coordination

• Lead the BIM modellers and ensure 3D elements creation are up to standard

• Provide technical advice to the BIM modellers in terms of Model Creation and management

• Execute the document control process to ensure all data in the model are uniform and up to date
