Minimum SPM graduate
Experience - 1-2 years experience will be preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & accounting software

• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality

• Able to work independently

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Must be organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Data entry for daily sales, payments, and petty cash

• Process supplier invoices and payments

• Keep accounting records organised and updated

• Manage filing and office documents

• Coordinate documents and reports with outlets

• Support HR tasks (attendance, onboarding, payroll prep)

• Provide general admin support for smooth operations
