Minimum educational qualification of Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to IT recruitment or technical hiring.

Experience in sourcing candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, social media, and other sourcing platforms.

Familiar with recruiting for IT/technical positions, such as IT Support, Software Developer, System Engineer, Network Engineer, and other technology-related roles.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-up.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technology-related positions, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Understand clients' hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to identify suitable candidates.

Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, email engagement, and candidate follow-ups to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, work experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and job requirements.

Conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess candidates' suitability and career aspirations.

Provide candidates with detailed information regarding job responsibilities, company background, salary packages, benefits, and career opportunities.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback, offer status, documentation, and onboarding arrangements.
