• 3-5 years in sales and/or marketing, ideally with some supervisory or team-lead experience

• Experience in building materials, flooring, or B2B trading industry is a strong plus

• Comfortable with both sales-side work (targets, dealer relationships) and marketing-side work (campaigns, content, digital)

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Are equally comfortable with sales targets and marketing campaigns

• Are good with reports and data (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)

• Supervise and support our sales executives (dealer and project sales) in hitting monthly targets

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, dealer promotions)

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management

• Help onboard and train new sales hires

• Work closely with the Managing Director on strategy and execution
