• Prepare and ensure theaccuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and salesconsultants.
• Maintain consistentengagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and managementof insurance applications.
• Provide professional andtimely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status ofinsurance applications.
• Accurately and promptlyinput client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
• Submit new businessdocuments accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous in the role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information, case files, and administrative records.

Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications and meet submission deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with sales consultants, business partners, internal teams, and the Finance department.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate client, meeting, and case information.

Ability to coordinate medical requirements, case documentation, and application status updates in a timely and professional manner.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal procedures within the insurance industry, including applicable MAS requirements.
