Job Title: Pantry Support Assistant

Work Location: Lower Kent Ridge Road

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor coffee machines, ensuring they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Replenish coffee, tea, sugar, cups and other pantry consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the pantry and social hub.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts and maintain daily checklists and records.
• Identify machine faults or facility issues and report them promptly.
• Coordinate with the appointed service vendor for machine maintenance and repairs.
• Assist staff with basic coffee machine usage and pantry-related requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pantry operations, hospitality, facilities support or customer service.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification (formerly Basic Food Hygiene Course) is mandatory.
• Basic literacy, numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Experience operating fully automatic coffee machines is preferred.
