Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration

2. Review tender and contract documents; identify discrepancies and raise queries for clarification

3. Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

4. Evaluate and compare quotations to support procurement decisions

5. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements within project timelines

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor

3. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a methodical work approach

4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

5. Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong team player
