Project Associate (Quantity Surveyor) — Permanent

A busy construction firm is seeking a qualified Project Associate (Quantity Surveyor).

Requirements:

• To take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• To assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages.

• To provide support for measurement and pricing on contract's VO claim.

• To process monthly progress claim and final claim according to SOP requirements.

• To attend all relevant contracts administration & documentation for the project.

• To take off measurement - remeasurement for sub-contract's payment and final account purposes.

• To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost.

• Minimum 10 year(s) of relevant experience (Middle Management).
