Responsibilities
Handle order processing and documents
Coordination of sales orders between customers and internal departments
Liaise with vendors and customers to meet delivery schedule
Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of orders
Provide admin support to the Management
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in MS office
Min 1-2 years of related experience
Training will be provided
Location: Ubi
Working Hour: Mon to Fri (830am - 6pm)
Salary range: Up to $3200
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
