Position Title: Project Admin
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales and project records.
Assist in preparing sales quotations.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure products are delivered on time.
Support the sales and project teams with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and calendar management.
Check and follow up on costs with manufacturers or factories.
Support improvements to sales and administrative processes.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Relevant experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the lighting industry.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
