What you'll do

• Provide hands-on, first-line support to users onsite, covering laptops, desktops, peripherals and accounts
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, and escalate complex issues to the global teams
• Handle device setup, imaging and deployment, and keep tickets updated in an ITSM tool
• Support the site's move onto the group's IT standards during an integration period
• Keep daily IT services running smoothly for a production environment

What you'll need

• A diploma or degree in IT or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on end-user or service desk support
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Good grasp of networking basics (DHCP, DNS, ports)
• Experience working with ITIL-based ticketing processes
• Able to work fully onsite, with strong communication skills and a service mindset
• Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience is a plus
