Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field is an added advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in international logistics operations.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage documentation in a logistics business environment.

Proficient in end-to-end import and export operations for both sea freight and air freight.

Solid understanding of logistics operational procedures, shipping documentation standards, customs clearance and transportation requirements.

Familiar with freight booking, trucking arrangements, shipment tracking and customs documentation.

Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.

Highly responsible, detail-oriented and able to monitor shipment progress efficiently.

Able to handle unexpected operational situations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manage end-to-end import and export operations for sea freight and air freight.

Coordinate space bookings, trucking arrangements, customs clearance and shipment schedules.

Prepare, review and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with customers, international agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and other relevant parties.

Maintain good working relationships with logistics partners and ensure effective communication throughout the shipment process.

Handle operational exceptions, shipment delays and other unexpected logistics issues.

Coordinate resources among relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment dispatch and delivery.

Organise and maintain accurate operational records, shipping documents and related information.

Assist with data compilation, operational reporting and reconciliation.

Ensure logistics operations are carried out efficiently and according to company procedures.

Perform other logistics-related duties assigned by management.
