Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with experience building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, reactive programming, microservices and Angular. The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, troubleshooting and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate scalable reactive microservices and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor.
• Build responsive frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, messaging systems and enterprise platforms.
• Develop reusable, secure and testable components using asynchronous and event-driven patterns where appropriate.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito and related testing frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design sessions, code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot application, performance and production issues.
• Apply best practices for software engineering, CI/CD, application security, logging and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

Core Backend Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, 11 or 17+.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
• Strong understanding of reactive programming and Project Reactor, including Mono and Flux.
• Demonstrated experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking application architecture.

Frontend Skills

• Professional experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ability to develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications.

Database, Testing and Development Tools

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, application security and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with API gateways and service discovery.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT and Spring Security.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale or BFSI applications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack developer who can independently design, develop, test and troubleshoot microservices-based applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of reactive, non-blocking architecture and be comfortable working across backend, frontend, integration and production-support activities.
