Coating
: Apply primers, paint, and protective finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Mixing
: Mix paints and thinners to match exact project requirements and colors.
Height Work
: Work outdoors on ladders, scaffolding, or gondolas.
Safety
: Follow strict workplace safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
Physical Fitness
: Able to work outdoors in hot weather and handle physical tasks.
Experience
: Generally requires 1 to 2 years of relevant construction painting experience.
