Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and preparation of journal entries, ensuring all transactions (AR, AP, and GL) are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, purchase invoices, and staff claims.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and ensure proper monthly filing.
• Prepare payment listings and Payment Vouchers on a timely basis.
• Ensure all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and fixed asset documentation and schedules are properly maintained and up to date.
• Assist in quarterly and annual stock closing activities.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree or professional qualification (e.g LCCI) in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to support business communication needs.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
