KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To be in charge of the Treatment Rooms by ensuring all the equipment are in good condition, monitor all the items & supplies are available including the items of emergency trolley, monitor cold-chain frequently.
• To maintain all the clinic’s systems such as Doctor Assist, Panel portal, Excel Records.
• To carry out patients’ examination by performing preliminary physical test; taking blood pressure, weight, temperature; visual acuity, and reporting patient history summary; handling general procedure such as nebuliser, ECG, wound cleaning, UFEME, FBC, ultrasound, vaccination and other procedures.
• To assist doctor with examinations and in any routine procedures e.g., prepare MC, Time slip, prepare required documents and necessary items prior medical check-up, chaperone patient during medical procedures.
• To liaise with other staff to assist in the continuity of patient care and dispensing the medication as directed by the doctor or supervisor.
• To participate in invoicing & submitting medical claims to the panel by following the due date of the submission.
• To liaise with insurance panels pertaining to medical claims and other relevant matters.
• To assist in maintaining inventory record – monitoring stock levels, placing orders of medicine, store and sort medicine, checking medicine expiry date and etc.
• To secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding, and keeping patient information confidential.
• To maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and complying with medical regulations and professional standards.
• To perform front desk duties and attend to patient care such as; patient registration, scheduling appointments, taking phone call, and emailing.
• To keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
• To be in charge of the emergency trolley bag.

Others

• To assist in scanning and attaching necessary documents regarding pre-employment & health screening, ultrasound and emailing.
• To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
