Job Purpose

Provides operational support across the product lifecycle, with a focus on product data integrity and documentation. Covers SKU creation, establishment and maintenance of product databases, and coordination and execution of new product introduction (NPI) activities, reporting, change management and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

1. Establish, organise and maintain product-related databases and repositories to ensure a single source of accurate and up-to-date product information.
2. Assist in developing analysis from product databases to support product management activities.
3. Prepare, update or review controlled product documentation such as specification sheets, product data sheets, claim lists, catalogues and certificates.
4. Coordinate and execute new product introduction (NPI) activities with R&D, Sales, QAS, SCM and other relevant departments.
5. Support change management by processing and documenting product changes (e.g. specification, packaging, processes or discontinuation) and communicating updates to stakeholders.
6. Support product lifecycle activities from product creation > development > launch > growth > maturity > retirement.
7. Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve general product data and documentation queries.
8. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or any related field.
2. Fresh graduate/ Minimum 1 year of working experience in product management, operations or supply chain support is an added advantage.
3. Experience in managing SKU setup, product hierarchy, naming conventions and product lifecycle stages.
4. Good understanding of documentation control, data accuracy, and record management.
5. Good coordination and follow-up skills when working with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with ability to organise, analyse, and present data.
7. Good written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
