We are looking for a Learning Management Support Officer to support learning content migration, quality assurance, LMS troubleshooting and learning workshop activities.
Salary
$2,760 - $3,200/month
Contract
6 months
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Working Location
Central Singapore
Job Description
Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto the Learning Management System (LMS).
Conduct quality checks and testing of learning content before publication.
Assist with LMS and content-related troubleshooting and work with technical teams to resolve issues.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
Support the planning and logistics of learning workshops.
Assist with the facilitation and delivery of learning workshops.
Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Experience in LMS, e-learning, training or administrative support is an advantage.
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
