MyRepublic Hiring! Full Time TCG, Support (Part Time- Contract) in - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Trading Card Game (TCG) products, accessories, and related merchandise.
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations, memberships, event sign-ups, and general inquiries.
• Build strong rapport with customers and the TCG community by sharing insights on decks, new releases, and product availability.
• Support store operations, including tournaments, events, and roadshows.
• Follow up on customer orders, reservations, and loyalty programmes.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong product knowledge and effective selling skills.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Levels; at least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
• (Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs are welcome to apply)
• Passionate about Trading Card Games such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
