Requirements:
- Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation.
- Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work done for payment purposes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.
- Review contract documents and identify potential risks and cost implications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.
- Support project team in procurement and contract administration.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience (Executive).
