Job Responsibility:

• Trouble shoots and rectified electrical breakdown
• check list and monitor on chiller
• closely monitoring on BAS systems
• Planning and propose Energy saving idea for improvement
• Monitor daily electrical consumption and plan accordingly.
• upgrade most of the old control panel by design own circuit
• prepare monthly electrical consumption on graft factors
• Lead control circuit and modification

Job Requirement:

• Having A0, A1 or A4 certificate
• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Advantage experience in Building Maintenance
• Able to work on shift duty
