Job Description

Yayasan Ar Riduwan is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our official charity merchandise, including T-shirts, caps, pens, keychains and other promotional products.

The successful candidate will support our charity merchandise sales programme through direct sales, corporate partnerships, community events and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell official charity merchandise.
• Identify potential customers, corporate buyers and community partners.
• Conduct field sales, promotional activities and product presentations.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders and sales follow-ups.
• Develop sales opportunities through social media and online platforms.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with the administration team on stock, payments and deliveries.
• Represent the Foundation professionally at events and promotional programmes.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or retail is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, TikTok or other digital marketing channels.
• Willing to travel for sales activities when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month.
• Sales Commission: 3%–5%, subject to the approved commission scheme.
• Proposed Allowance: RM200 per month.
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
