Position: Team Lead – Business Operation
Division: Finance Business Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle to support the Sales Division’s day-to-day operations.
• Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Procurement and customers to ensure demands and deliverables are met as agreed and within targeted deadlines.
• Support sales order recognition, billing and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with organisational guidelines and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries when required.
• Prepare reports and perform other business assignments as directed by the Business Operation Manager.
• Make independent decisions within the authorised scope of responsibility, with matters requiring further approval referred to the superior.
• Work primarily in Malaysia, with overseas travel for training, congresses, seminars and meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, sales order recognition and billing activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for operational tasks and report preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently within assigned authority and follow organisational guidelines.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Based in Malaysia and willing to travel overseas for training, congresses, seminars and meetings as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
