We are seeking a proactive B2B Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships, oversee new product introduction (NPI) projects, and drive business expansion across Southeast Asia for a global industrial packaging leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee end-to-end client relationships and identify upselling opportunities to drive account growth.
• Project & NPI Coordination: Partner with engineering and business development teams to lead new product introductions.
• Supply Chain Alignment: Track client demand forecasts and coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal quality teams to resolve client technical issues and product complaints efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in account management, project coordination, or customer service within manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or packaging sectors.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Capabilities: Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing regional stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
