We’re looking for an energetic and organised Operations Executive to join our team! You’ll play an important role in bringing our corporate wellness programmes and events to life—from coordinating logistics and working with clients and vendors, to supporting events on the ground and ensuring a great experience for our participants.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Plan and coordinate wellness events and programmes, including fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, health workshops, and corporate wellness activities. 
2. Manage event logistics and on-site operations, including venue setup, equipment, transportation, materials, and participant arrangements. 
3. Coordinate with clients, vendors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of programmes. 
4. Oversee event execution and participant experience, providing on-site support and ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and professional environment. 
5. Manage operational data and reporting, including attendance, engagement, participant feedback, and programme performance. 
6. Prepare post-event reports and analyse feedback and engagement data to identify insights and recommend improvements. 
7. Support client servicing and relationship management, ensuring timely communication, smooth coordination, and quality service delivery. 
8. Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance wellness programmes, engagement initiatives, and overall operational processes.
