Requirements:

• 3 years experiences in related field.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Good writing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are added advantages).
• Knowledge in social media management, content creation, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and support team activities.
• Passionate about supporting children’s palliative care through impactful communication and outreach.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing materials such as posters, videos, brochures, and reports.
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms, website, and newsletters.
• Identify and manage corporate CSR funding projects and donation.
• Strengthen the MAPPAC branding and public awareness through strategic communication efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support training, advocacy, and community engagement activities.
• Support fundraising initiatives through campaign coordination, promotional materials, and donor communication.
• Assist in organising events, programs with volunteers and collaborators.
• Maintain and update donor databases, records, and documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
