Customer Service & Sales Executive — Hwa Floral Design

Hwa Floral Design is looking for a friendly, organised and sales-minded Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for assisting customers through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels, recommending suitable floral arrangements, processing orders, coordinating with our florist and delivery teams, and making sure every customer has a great experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently in English and Mandarin
• Replies quickly and professionally
• Enjoys talking to customers and making sales
• Is organised and detail-oriented
• Can handle complaints calmly and professionally
• Is comfortable working during weekends and peak festive periods
• Has retail, e-commerce, hospitality, gifting or customer service experience

Experience in flowers is not required — we can teach you the product knowledge.
