The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy engaging with people, recommending the right products and achieving sales goals, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding retail career!

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalised product recommendations, answer enquiries and conduct product demonstrations.
Deliver excellent service to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
Work with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and presentable.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
Customer-oriented, self-motivated and passionate about sales.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Able to handle customer concerns professionally and work towards sales targets.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Willing to attend company-sponsored PWM and OPW training.
Prior retail sales experience or product knowledge is an advantage.
